We offer a free virtual yoga class on Wednesdays from 12:00 - 12:50 p.m. Designed for beginners and intermediate students, this Vinyasa-style class will guide you through a series of movements, allowing for more challenging poses based on your practice level.

Pop-Up Fitness Classes

We love to try new fitness classes on the Frontier RTP Campus. Keep your eye out for fun, one-time classes popping up around our campus. Some classes we have done in the past include spin, barre, Pilates, and kickboxing. Have an idea, or want to be a future instructor?
