We offer a free yoga class on Wednesdays from 11:30-12:30 in the Atrium at Frontier 800. Designed for beginners and intermediate students, this Vinyasa-style class is led by instructor Donna Enichen. Donna will guide you through poses, allowing for more challenging poses based on your practice level. Please bring your own mat.

Want to de-stress or reboot during your lunch hour? Join Haven E. Carter for a free meditation session the Studio at the Frontier 800 building. This is a seasonal 30 minute session, so be sure to check the calendar to view our upcoming classes.

We love to try new fitness classes on the Frontier RTP Campus. Keep your eye out for fun, one-time classes popping up around our campus. Some classes we have done in the past include spin, barre, Pilates, and kickboxing. Have an idea, or want to be a future instructor?
