We offer a free in-person and virtual yoga class on Tuesdays from 12:00 - 12:50 p.m. Designed for beginners and intermediate students, this Vinyasa-style class will guide you through a series of movements, allowing for more challenging poses based on your practice level.

We love to try new fitness classes on the Frontier RTP Campus. Keep your eye out for fun, one-time classes popping up around our campus. Some classes we have done in the past include meditation, spin, barre, Pilates, and kickboxing. Have an idea, or want to be a future instructor?
