
Yoga
We offer a free in-person and virtual yoga class on Tuesdays from 12:00 - 12:50 p.m. Designed for beginners and intermediate students; this Vinyasa-style class will guide you through a series of movements, allowing for more challenging poses based on your practice level.

Pop-Up Fitness Classes
We love to try new fitness classes at Frontier RTP. Keep your eye out for fun, one-time classes on our campus. Some types we have done in the past include spin, barre, pilates and kickboxing. Have an idea, or want to be a future instructor?
Email programming@rtp.org and tell us what you have in mind.

Cardio
We offer free in-person cardio classes on Wednesdays from 12:00 - 12:40 p.m. We change it each week and do different cardio, from kickboxing and circuit training to low-impact and strength training sessions. All levels are welcome, and requests/modifications will be encouraged! Please plan to bring a water bottle and a towel. We have showers and lockers available.
