LOCATION UPDATE: DECEMBER–FEBRUARY

The mission of our RTPFit programs has always been to encourage an active lifestyle and promote a healthy work/life balance. Work looks different these days but taking the time to connect to our bodies and our minds does not have to change.

Join us in the Pit in Frontier 700 or over zoom from 12:00-12:50 p.m. for this week’s yoga class. Designed for beginners and intermediate students; this Vinyasa-style class will guide you through a series of movements, allowing for more challenging poses based on your practice level.

All levels are welcome, and requests/modifications will be encouraged! If you plan to attend online, please have two blocks handy as they will be used for multiple postures throughout the practice. If you will be joining us in-person, please plan to bring a water bottle and a yoga mat.
