RTPfit: Meditation
Check-in halfway through your week with 30 minutes of mindful intention. Every Wednesday, Frontier RTP hosts a free guided meditation session with Haven E. CarterĀ to get your mind and body ready to finish out the work week strong!
As some of our community heads back to work, whatever that may look like, we have decided to offer a hybrid experience for this meditation series. For those who are on the Frontier campus or who are comfortable meeting outdoors in person, Haven will be here in the Hammock Area leading the weekly session. For those who are still working from home or are airing on the side of caution, join us for a livestream of her session over Zoom.
This week’s topic is “Awareness of Emotions.”
Covid-19 Precautions
Hammocks are spaced out 6 feet apart in the Frontier RTP trees. If you prefer to BYO blanket or cushion, we encourage you to do so. Each class will be streamed over Zoom, keeping an accessible option for those who cannot join in person. In the event of bad weather, the meditation session will move to the Atrium at Frontier 800.
