*Virtual* On the Menu: Creative Wellness
Wellness and the idea of a “work-life balance” is top of mind in today’s world. For most of us, your home-life has now also become your work-life and it is hard to keep boundaries between the two. What time are you leaving for yourself? Join us on January 7 for a spin on the topic of Wellness called creative practice.
Unlocking a creative practice will help you take a break from the noise in your life, be present and care for your mind and body in a unique way. Our session leader will share research and provide insight to the benefits of creative wellness and then coach you through a few quick hands-on activities. This workshop is perfect for all artistic and non-artistic skill levels.
Your soul is hungry for this wellness break, let it indulge over lunch! While Frontier RTP cannot provide a meal during this time of physical distancing, we encourage you to grab a bite with us over Zoom.
We are continuing to keep an eye on the recommendations from the Governor and the CDC regarding gathering sand social distancing. We will host these “Lunch & Learn” events virtually until we receive better news regarding COVID-19 cases in North Carolina.

What’s On The Menu?
At Frontier RTP, we are constantly growing, and hope you will come along for the ride! We developed On the Menu as a way of helping you and your business grow to the next level, whatever that next level may be.
Each month, we’ll offer a lunchtime workshop on a special topic related to small businesses or startups. On the Menu will be taught by a diverse group of experts from around the Triangle (some of whom started their business here at Frontier RTP!) in a small group setting.
Our hope is that these workshops will not only be rich in content, but spark dialogue, start relationships, and make your lunch break meaningful. Did we mention there will be food? Well, back when we held these events in person we provided lunch. Because we are virtual now, we certainly encourage you to make some lunch & join us!
