*VIRTUAL* RTPfit: Yoga
The mission of our RTPfit programs has always been to encourage an active lifestyle and to promote a healthy work/life balance. Work looks different these days but taking the time to connect to our bodies and our minds does not have to change.
Join us on Wednesdays over Zoom a free virtual yoga session from 11:30AM-12:20PM with our instructor Mary Margaret Wise. This 50-minute heart-pumping class has a foundation in vinyasa yoga and is great for beginners and intermediate students. Our instructor will add her own flare with strengthening intervals, functional training, and repetitive movements. Mary Margaret strives to find a personal connection with all her students and cannot wait to meet you soon!
