*VIRTUAL* RTPfit: Yoga
The mission of our RTPfit programs has always been to encourage an active lifestyle and to promote a healthy work/life balance. Work looks different these days but taking the time to connect to our bodies and our minds does not have to change.
Join us on Wednesdays over Zoom from 12:00-12:50pm with our instructor Karley for a well-rounded mid-week practice that is free to anyone in the community. Expect intentional, dynamic movement–sun salutations, standing/balancing postures, twists, and more! This fun 50 minutes will generate heat, build strength and focus the mind. All levels welcome, and requests/modifications will be encouraged!
Karley St. Pierre is an RYT-200. She completed her 200 hour training through Bliss Body Yoga, where she has practiced for 5 years. Karley empowers her students to create space in their minds through purposeful movement in the body. She is grateful and excited to share the gift of asana and cultivate a thoughtful, fun space in her classes!
