*Virtual* On the Menu: Goal Setting

The end of the year is the perfect time to look back on what went well, both professionally and personally. For many, 2020 provided challenges, changes, and opportunities for self reflection. Now, it is time to take what we have learned and look forward to the year ahead! Whether goal setting is a formal process for you or more of a mental checklist, the task can often feel daunting or tedious.

On December 3, join us to learn 5 simple steps for setting goals for yourself or for your business in 2021. This month our expert is Jamie Ousterout, the Operational Strategy Consultant & Founder of Stabilimenta and the Head of Client Services for The Diversity Movement. She will share some food for thought in the form of an easy-to-use goal-setting template. You may actually find yourself having some fun establishing goals this time around.

Like many of you, we are keeping an eye on the recommendations from the Governor and the CDC regarding gathering sand social distancing. We will continue to host these “Lunch & Learn” events virtually until we receive better news regarding COVID-19 cases in North Carolina.

Game Plan

11:30am | Virtual doors to the waiting room open

12:00pm | Event begins

1:00pm | Go on back to work!

What’s On The Menu?

At Frontier RTP, we are constantly growing, and hope you will come along for the ride! We developed On the Menu as a way of helping you and your business grow to the next level.

Each month, we’ll offer a lunchtime workshop on a special topic related to small businesses or startups. On the Menu will be taught by a diverse group of experts from around the Triangle (some of whom started their business here at Frontier RTP!) in a small group setting.

Our hope is that these workshops will not only be rich in content, but spark dialogue, start relationships, and make your lunch break meaningful. Did we mention there will be food? Well, back when we held these events in person we provided lunch. Because we are virtual now, we certainly encourage you to make some lunch & join us!
