RTPFit:Yoga
*This yoga class will be offered in-person and on zoom.*
The mission of our RTPFit programs has always been to encourage an active lifestyle and promote a healthy work/life balance. Work looks different these days but taking the time to connect to our bodies and our minds do not have to change.
Join us at Frontier 700 or over zoom from 12:00-12:50 pm for this week’s yoga class: Vinyasa Flow. This week we will incorporate plenty of feel-good moves to get your body going and make it feel challenged, strong and able! This creative flow gradually builds to make the rest of your day shine.
All levels are welcome, and requests/modifications will be encouraged! Please plan to bring a yoga mat and a water bottle if you will be joining us in person.
