RTPFIT: STRENGTH TRAINING
*This fitness class will be offered in person only at Frontier 800.*
The mission of our RTPFit programs has always been to encourage an active lifestyle and promote a healthy work/life balance. Work looks different these days, but taking the time to connect to our bodies and minds does not have to change.
Join us in the Frontier 800 Lobby from 12:00-12:40 p.m. for this week’s fitness class: Strength Training. This class is designed to improve your strength and endurance using body weight or light weights. We will be doing isometric and plyometric exercises. Be ready to break a sweat!
All levels are welcome, and requests/modifications will be encouraged! Please plan to bring a water bottle, mat and a towel.
About the Instructor
Georgina Mason is a certified personal and group fitness trainer. She has 30 years of experience in the nutrition and fitness space. Georgina has taught in several gyms in the Triangle, including the RTI Fitness Center. She enjoys teaching and helping people reach their health and fitness goals. Some of Georgina’s most popular classes are kickboxing, HIIT, core, low and high impact, strength, and various cardio exercises.
