VIRTUAL RTPfit | Meditation
If we learned anything from quarantine, it is the importance of staying present and well. Since we cannot practice together in the hammocks on campus just yet, we have decided to take our May Meditation sessions virtual.
Each Thursday from 11:45 a.m to 12:15 p.m., take just 30 minutes to check in with yourself at RTPfit Meditation. We are pleased to be able to continue this program, led by Haven E. Carter, on Zoom this month.
Join us this week as we explore the topic of Decreasing Stress and Anxiety. Research proves that meditating for a few minutes every day reduces anxiety and stress and makes us more attentive to the good things that are happening. Albert Einstein said, “There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.”
