If we learned anything from quarantine, it is the importance of staying present and well. Since we cannot practice together in the hammocks on campus just yet, we have decided to take our Meditation sessions virtual.
Each Thursday from 11:45 a.m to 12:15 p.m., take just 30 minutes to check in with yourself at RTPfit Meditation. We are pleased to be able to continue this program, led by Haven E. Carter, on Zoom.
