Check in half way through your week with 30 minutes of mindful intention. Every Wednesday Frontier RTP hosts a free guided meditation session with Haven E. Carter to get your mind and body ready to finish out the work week strong!
This week’s topic is “Gratitude and Generosity“.
Hammocks are spaced out 6 feet apart in the Frontier RTP trees. If you would prefer to BYO blanket or cushion, we encourage you to do so. Each class will be streamed over Zoom, keeping an accessible option for those who cannot join in person. In the event of bad weather, the meditation session will move inside in the Frontier 800 Atrium.
