*VIRTUAL* RTPfit | Meditation
If we learned anything from quarantine, it is the importance of staying present and well. Since we cannot practice together in the hammocks on campus just yet, we have decided to take our May Meditation sessions virtual.
Each Thursday from 11:45 a.m to 12:15 p.m., take just 30 minutes to check in with yourself at RTPfit Meditation. We are pleased to be able to continue this program, led by Haven E. Carter, on Zoom this month.
Join us this week as we explore the topic of Focus and Concentration? The average human being’s ability to focus lessens every day. Your attention span is likely less than that of a goldfish. Meditation can help.
As always, these events are free to attend and are open to anyone in the Triangle. Be sure to have a mat or towel and a quiet place to enjoy this session.
