The mission of our RTPFit programs has always been to encourage an active lifestyle and promote a healthy work/life balance. Work looks different these days but taking the time to connect to our bodies and our minds does not have to change.
Join us in the Atrium of Frontier 800 from 4:30 to 5:10 p.m. for your weekly cardio class. Each week, we’ll change it up and rotate between getting your heart rate up or strength training. Our instructor will plan the next week’s class based on input from you.
All levels are welcome, and requests/modifications will be encouraged! Please plan to bring a water bottle and a towel.
About the Instructor
Georgina Mason is a certified personal and group fitness trainer. She has 30 years of experience in the nutrition and fitness space. Georgina has taught in several gyms in the Triangle, including the RTI Fitness Center. She enjoys teaching and helping people reach their health and fitness goals. Some of Georgina’s most popular classes are kickboxing, HIIT, core, low and high impact, strength, and varieties of cardio exercises.
