On the Menu: Grant-Seeking 101

Before making a pie, you need to acquire ingredients and know where to find them. In a similar way, when you’re funding a nonprofit organization, you need to know what you’re trying fund and where you can source the funding to build your budget pie. This installment of On the Menu will demystify the general types of grantmaking organizations for nonprofits – what they are, how you access them, and what are the rules of engagement. After a brief presentation, attendees will have time for roundtable discussions for a deeper dive on these types of funding.

Our very own Triangle Community Foundation will be bringing you the content for this session and Frontier RTP will be bringing in the lunch!

What’s On The Menu?

At Frontier RTP, we are constantly growing, and hope you will come along for the ride with us! We developed On the Menu as a way of helping you and your business grow to the next level.

Each month, we’ll offer a lunchtime workshop on a special topic related to small businesses or startups. On The Menu will be taught by a diverse group of experts from around the Triangle (some of whom started their business here at Frontier RTP!) in a small group setting.
