
The birds are chirping, the flowers are blooming, and the weather is warming up. Let’s get outside and welcome Spring to the Frontier RTP campus. Join us for RTPfit: Meditation every Tuesday from 12-12:30 beginning on May 11th in the hammocks. Sway in the breeze and feel the wind or bring your own blanket and feel grounded to the earth. Back for the fourth year in a row, Haven E. Carter will guide our community through 30 minutes of mindfulness to reset your body, mind and perceptions.
Not in the area or prefer to join virtually? As we ease back into in-person gatherings, we will continue to offer a virtual option for the RTPfit Mediation series. Zoom has kept each of us connected during this challenging year+, so it was a no-brainer for us to continue with this accessible option.
