Kerry Guest Coworker of the month
Kerry Guest is our coworker of the month for December.

Hey! I’m back with our December Coworker of the Month at The Frontier. This is a program we launched in November to give back to our community and recognize their hard work. Coworker of the Month will receive a dedicated workspace, a prized parking spot for the whole month, and a Frontier goodie bag.

To nominate a Coworker of the Month, fill out this form and let us know why they deserve the title!

Our Coworker for the Month of December is: KERRY GUEST

Kerry gives back to our community every day and in every way. He is the first to volunteer to help with random projects and is our designated keg replacer for Happy Hours every Thursday. Kerry brings energy and laughter to The Frontier and is instantly friends with everyone he meets. Check out our Q&A to learn more about Kerry:

How did you find The Frontier and how long have you been coming here?

I found about it during the grand opening event. I came in the first day and there was not a soul in here. I walked around and met Anna Rhyne and we collaborated on some layout and furniture ideas that could really make The Frontier look alive. I’ve been coming almost every day since.

Tell me a little bit about your business.

We do space planning and commercial design in office furniture sales for all different types of businesses. It’s always something different and fun to create dynamic workspaces.

What is one important skill every person should have?

Social skills. You have to be able to talk to people and learn from people.

What’s the best and worst piece of advice you’ve ever received?

The best piece of advice I’ve ever received is just be you. Don’t be what you think people want you to be. I can’t think of any bad advice because you learn from the good and the bad and it becomes a lesson one way or another.

What do you want to see at The Frontier next?

I want to see this place bring more businesses to create the retail and food environment. I want to see expansion and more activity. I think bringing retail and restaurants into the area will attract more businesses.

What would be your first question after waking up from being cryogenically frozen for 100 years?

Can I have a beer?
