*This yoga class will be offered in-person in Frontier 800 and on zoom.*
The mission of our RTPFit programs has always been to encourage an active lifestyle and promote a healthy work/life balance. Work looks different these days but taking the time to connect to our bodies and our minds do not have to change.
Join us in the Atrium in Frontier 800 or over zoom from 12:00-12:50 p.m. for this week’s yoga class: Gentle Vinyasa Yoga. Deep dive in this nurturing flow class designed around slowing things down, moving from a place of intention and integrity and listening to your body.
All levels are welcome, and requests or modifications will be encouraged! Please plan to bring a yoga mat and a water bottle if you will be joining us in person.
