RTPFIT: HIIT COMBO
*This fitness class will be offered in-person only in Frontier 800.*
The mission of our RTPFit programs has always been to encourage an active lifestyle and promote a healthy work/life balance. Work looks different these days, but taking the time to connect to our bodies and minds does not have to change.
Join us in the Frontier 800 Lobby from 12:00-12:40 p.m. for this week’s fitness class: HIIT Combo. This class will consist of explosive anaerobic exercises with brief recovery periods. Be ready to break a sweat!
All levels are welcome, and requests/modifications will be encouraged! Please plan to bring a water bottle and a towel.
About the Instructor
Shauna Bowman is a certified Group Fitness and Yoga instructor and has been teaching for over 30 years. She has taught at local fitness gyms including RTI International & Fidelity. Shauna enjoys sharing her knowledge of fitness and well-being to motivate others to improve their health and wellness. She teaches a wide variety of classes: HIIT, Tabata, Total Body Strength, Cardio Dance, Pilates, Flow Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Yin Yoga and Kundalini.
