*VIRTUAL* On the Menu: Customer Service for Developers

Everybody knows the stereotype of the technological genius, hiding behind the glow of their MacBook monitor, disregarding all human interaction that doesn’t arrive via Slack or GitHub. Some of us may even resemble that stereotype…to a degree. And at some point or another, we’ve all exclaimed “This project would be great, if it wasn’t for those users!” But whether you’re a developer, startup founder, or company CEO, your products success depends in large part on your customers. Instead of dreading interactions with them, wouldn’t you rather look forward to having your entire organization dialed into providing a great customer experience?

In this session, you’ll learn about how to build customer-focused software development teams that will have your customers delighted! Your users are hungry for that personal touch and interaction; join us on June 4 and take your level of service up a notch.

Like many of you, we are keeping an eye on the recommendations from the Governor and the CDC regarding gatherings and social distancing. We will continue to host these “Lunch & Learn” events virtually until we receive better news regarding COVID-19 cases in North Carolina

Game Plan

11:30am | Virtual doors to the waiting room open

12:00pm | Event begins

1:00pm | Go on back to work!

Our Session Leader

Wade Minter is a Product Principal at Dualboot Partners, where he helps companies build great software. He is also the arena public address announcer for the NHL’s Carolina Hurricanes, a 20+ year improv performer, ring announcer for a professional wrestling federation, and beer league ice hockey player/goalie. He leads a weird life.

What’s On The Menu?

At Frontier RTP, we are constantly growing, and hope you will come along for the ride! We developed On the Menu as a way of helping you and your business grow to the next level, whatever that next level may be.

Each month, we offer a lunchtime workshop on a special topic related to small businesses or startups. On the Menu will be taught by a diverse group of experts from around the Triangle (some of whom started their business here at Frontier RTP!) in a small group setting.

Our hope is that these workshops will not only be rich in content, but spark dialogue, start relationships, and make your lunch break meaningful. Did we mention there will be food? Well, back when we held these events in person we provided lunch. Because we are virtual now, we certainly encourage you to make some lunch & join us!
