DESCRIPTION:Instead of sitting in traffic, spend a Thursday evening at Frontier RTP and enjoy a free craft beer from Fullsteam Brewery, glass of wine selected by RTP Uncorked, or a non-alcoholic option. We have decided to make Thursday the best day of the week and all you need to do is show up and enjoy.\nOut Of Office is at the Frontier 800 Building, inside Home Base on the first floor. Most Thursdays, except when we have RTP18o, grab a drink or two and celebrate the upcoming weekend. Our building is dog friendly, so there is no need to leave your best friend at home.\nInterested in hosting your meetup during Out Of Office? Want to invite your department for some out-of-office team building? Are you holding an event in Frontier RTP the same day as Out Of Office and would like to invite your attendees to grab a beer before or after? If any of these scenarios sound like you, please reach out to our Programming Team for options and pricing to make sure we have enough beer to go around: programming@rtp.org.\nThis Week\nThe Triangle Nonprofit & Volunteer Leadership Center will be joining Out of Office to share ways you can get involved with their Service Programs ( https://thevolunteercenter.org/human-services/ ) this fall and winter. The Center works to strengthen nonprofits and engages volunteers to create a more vibrant community.\nThe Center coordinates three annual service projects for the Durham Department of Social Services (DSS). These programs provide support to clients who cannot afford to provide the extra supplies needed to start school or celebrate a holiday. Volunteers step up to meet these needs by providing new school supplies, meals during Thanksgiving, and gifts during the Christmas holiday.\nEach holiday season the #FrontierFam ( https://www.instagram.com/frontierrtp/ ) sponsors 60 individuals through the Share Your Holiday program.
